 FAQs

  • For the Timeless and Generational Family sessions, we can go to a location of your choosing! Whether it’s our studio in downtown Grimsby, your family home, or a location special to you, the possibilities are endless!

  • After your session, I go back to the studio and begin the editing process. This is a time consuming process as I want to ensure your images are perfect for you. Turnaround time for your gallery is 1-2 weeks from the session date. If you place your print order, it is 2-3 weeks to receive the final prints.

  • Of course! Pets are always welcome as long as the location permits them. Please let us know ahead of time that you plan on including your furry family members so we can plan accordingly.

  • Whenever your children are most likely to be in a good mood! If your child is a morning person, let's shoot in the morning! If they're great after a nap, let's do that!

    For lighting purposes, if we are shooting outdoors it is best to avoid mid-day when the sun is directly overhead. But, as professionals with decades of experience, we can make it work!
